Welcome to our "Crew" page!
Here you can learn all about us, the really really really ridiculously good looking Mulchers!

The Story of the Mulchers...
In the spring of 2001, Gary Trinetti suggested to his son Matt Trinetti to gather up a group of guys and do some yard work around town. Gary is an owner and founder of The Garick Corporation, which is a leading manufacturer and distributor of natural resources, such as Mulch. Gary saw a market in Chagrin Falls that a group of young men could take advantage of. He saw that people in Chagrin Falls like their yards to look nice. He also saw that landscapers were losing money and time by mulching yards. And thus, with a little push from Mr. Trinetti, Matt gathered up some prospective Mulchers.
When thinking of potential mulchers, Matt thought of some of his best buds. He immediately thought of several who were hard-working, smart and in search of a summer job. Matt approached Mike Kennedy, Pat Lynch, Bill McGibony and Garrett Monda. All four of them were excited about the idea although their knowledge of mulching was lacking. Matt also proposed the idea to Alex Budin and Steve Kuenzig who already had current jobs. They decided that they would work when their schedules would allow it.
The Crew was eager to learn the skill of mulching, but how and where would they begin their journey?
Through his landscaping connections, Mr. Trinetti secured a job for the Mulchers at the Progressive Insurance corporate headquarters. In April 2001 the mulchers began this major endeavor, but with a lot of help from Mr. Trinetti. This job served as a basic training camp for the mulchers. Here they learned basic maneuvers and techniques involving the pious pitch fork, the ravishing rake, the blistering broom, the shrewd shovel, and the whimsical wheelbarrow, all of which were provided by Mr. Trinetti.
The mulchers started out a little rough. This job demanded certain skills and disciplines that the aspiring mulchers had never even imagined before. There were many "extreme" conditions that the mulchers had to overcome. A terrible amount of mulch was harmed and even lost at this job as the crew encountered the occasional "blooper."
However, this experience made the mulchers mature and grow as a group. Feeling they had the basic knowledge needed to approach the mulching market, they were ready to spread their skills and their mulch to the rest of the world...or just Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
And so...the legend of the Chagrin Falls Mulch Movers was born and will continue to thrive as long as there is mulch to be spread and benjamins to be made...
